To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rifle & Hive (including its officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Property Damage: Any damage to tangible property, equipment, or structures occurring during or as a result of the service.

• Third-Party Claims: Any claims brought against the client by third parties.

• Loss of Use: Damages resulting from the loss of use of property, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Rifle & Hive's total aggregate liability for all claims arising under this agreement shall under no circumstances exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
